The variety forms a dense medium-dark green turf and possesses a developed root system. It is distinguished by high germination energy and significant tensile strength of the sod, which allows the plant to recover quickly after intense mechanical stress.

The genetic history of the variety includes the influence of Poa nemoralis, which provides increased shade tolerance. The variety is resistant to a wide spectrum of diseases, including leaf spot, rust, powdery mildew, dollar spot, Pythium blight, Fusarium blight and red thread, as well as to necrotic ring spot and summer patch.
