The variety is also known by the designation DP 37-192. During morphological studies, the variety was evaluated based on inflorescence parameters, in particular the length of panicle internodes.

In comparative turfgrass trials, the variety was characterized by a tendency to produce undesirable reproductive tillers, such as spikelets and seed heads. No specific data on particular disease resistance has been recorded in publications.
