The variety is the result of a breeding program to create a sexually reproducing Kentucky bluegrass. It is distinguished by good competitiveness in the sward and is suitable for intensive use, especially in pastures.
The plant has high natural height in the year of sowing and long stems with inflorescences. The leaves have a medium-green color; anthocyanin coloration of the sheaths is absent or weak. The time of inflorescence emergence after vernalization is medium.
The variety shows good tolerance to winter conditions and resistance to leaf spots and rust. The digestibility of organic matter meets modern requirements for forage crops.
