The variety is classified as very early and is considered the earliest maturing among Kentucky bluegrass. It is characterized by high green and dry matter yield, lodging resistance, as well as high tolerance to frequent mowing and grazing.

The plant possesses a developed compact root mass, which allows it to be used for reinforcing engineering structures such as slopes and embankments. The variety is recommended for establishing permanent meadows and pastures.

The best growth indicators are observed on fertile, loose, and permeable soils, including medium-textured, humus, loess, and sandy loams.
