The variety is a hybrid obtained by crossing Poa pratensis and Poa arachnifera. The proportion of Texas bluegrass in the hybrid composition is at least 25%. The plant is distinguished by a vibrant dark green color and the absence of abundant "cottony" inflorescences, which simplifies the seed production process.

The grass demonstrates high drought tolerance and the ability to withstand heat up to 40°C. The variety forms a uniform turf and is used both in pure form and in mixtures, in particular with tall fescue, to improve the disease resistance of the cover in transition climate zones.
