The variety is a Poa pratensis that was actively used in scientific experiments in the second half of the 20th century. Plants of this variety reached a height of about 38 cm.

During the research, the variety's response to exposure to atmospheric pollutants, such as ozone and nitrogen dioxide, was studied, under which leaf damage was recorded. Trials were also conducted to determine the plants' tolerance to various mowing regimes.
