The variety is suitable for meadow and pasture use. The height of the herbage before mowing averages 21–27 cm. The variety is characterized by good green mass productivity and hay yield.

Molecular genetic methods of chloroplast DNA analysis are used to identify the variety, allowing it to be distinguished from other varieties even at the seedling stage. The variety reaches full productivity in the 3rd–4th year of life.
