The plant forms a fine leaf texture and a developed system of underground shoots, which ensures rapid recovery after stress. The variety demonstrates resistance to rust and red thread, while being characterized by a slow rate of development in the first year of life.

The variety is intended for the creation of professional and private lawn coverings. It is used for the installation of football and rugby fields, golf courses, as well as for the production of sod rolls and the landscaping of public play areas.
