The variety is a hybrid developed for conditions where common species of Poa pratensis slow growth or enter a dormant state. The plant is capable of tolerating lower mowing heights during the summer period and possesses high resistance to diseases, in particular to brown leaf spot.

The variety forms a dense dark green cover and is characterized by an aggressive rhizome system, ensuring rapid recovery after damage and turf density. Intended for the establishment of lawns, sports fields, and high-traffic areas in regions with a transition climate.
