The variety possesses a well-developed system of deep rhizomes, ensuring the formation of a strong and dense turf. The plant is characterized by a medium-dark green leaf color and vigorous growth, allowing for rapid recovery after intense wear and trampling.
The plant possesses resistance to a number of common diseases, including Helminthosporium leaf spot, summer patch, and rust. The variety is capable of withstanding low mowing down to 1.3 cm and is distinguished by increased shade tolerance compared to many other Kentucky bluegrass varieties.
The primary purpose of the variety includes the creation of sports turf, use on golf course fairways, sod production, as well as overseeding to increase the wear resistance of existing stands.
