The variety is intended for creating lawns on sports grounds, golf courses, public and private areas, as well as for sod production. It blends well in seed mixtures with Festuca arundinacea and Lolium perenne.
It is characterized by a dark color, fine leaf texture, and high sod density. Due to its deep root system, it possesses high drought tolerance, withstands heat and soil salinity, and maintains its color during the autumn-winter period. It allows for low mowing down to 1.25 cm.
It is distinguished by rapid germination and establishment. It demonstrates resistance to dollar spot, rust, summer patch, and red thread.
