The tree has a slightly spreading crown and an adult trunk of slightly sinuous shape with ribbed light-gray bark. Upon opening, the buds and leaves have a reddish hue; when mature, the leaves turn dark green. Bud break occurs in medium to late terms.

The variety demonstrates rapid and steady growth, exceeding the standard I-214 in productivity. The base wood density is approximately 0.33 g/cm³. The plant has no special soil requirements and is successfully propagated by cuttings and seedlings.
