The tree has a straight trunk with long, upward-pointing branches that may arch downward with age. The crown has a semi-open structure and reaches 15–20 meters in width. The leaves are deltoid, matte and smooth, light green in color, turning yellow in autumn.
The plant forms female catkin inflorescences in April. The variety prefers moist and fertile soils, including loams, sandy loams, and clay soils with a neutral or alkaline reaction. It is characterized by high resistance to wind loads, including coastal conditions, and a wide range of winter hardiness (USDA 4A–9B). Recommended for park landscaping and the creation of windbreaks.
