The variety is a hybrid of Populus deltoides × Populus nigra. In terms of morphological traits, it is characterized by the brown color of young shoots.

The variety is intended for forestry and industrial wood use. During trials, parameters such as survival, growth rates, wood density, and the presence of false heartwood were evaluated.

The plant demonstrates broad adaptability and underwent evaluation for disease resistance within the framework of European programs.
