The tree is vigorous, reaching 5 meters in height, although more compact forms are encountered. The fruits have an oblong, sometimes irregular shape; the skin is light yellow or golden in color without a distinct blush. The light yellow or orange flesh possesses a specific pineapple aroma.

The variety is classified as mid-season, with fruit ripening occurring in the period from the second half of July to August. The plant is characterized by self-fertility, high drought tolerance, and resistance to a number of diseases, including moniliosis. Winter hardiness of the tree and flower buds is estimated down to -25...-27°C.

The fruits are suitable both for fresh consumption and for various types of processing.
