The variety is categorized as early; fruits ripen in the first half of June. Fruit size ranges from medium to large, provided that fruit thinning is carried out. The skin and flesh have a yellow-orange color.

The tree is self-compatible, which allows it to be used as a pollinator. The chilling requirement is approximately 1140 chill units. The variety is intended for fresh consumption.

The plant is susceptible to Plum pox virus. The variety is adapted to the climatic conditions of Italy and shows resistance to winter cold, although a warm and dry climate is most favorable for it.
