Medium-sized fruits turn golden-yellow when ripe with a red blush. The flesh is golden-yellow, firm in texture, and the stone separates easily. Harvesting in the Central Valley of California takes place in the last week of May and early June.
The tree is self-fertile, does not require cross-pollination, and is characterized as a reliable producer of yields. With regular pruning, the plant size is maintained at 4 by 4 meters.
The variety is for universal use: the fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for canning, drying, and freezing. It is used both in amateur gardening and in commercial production.
