The tree is characterized by medium to strong vigor, forming a sparse crown with upright, multi-branched scaffold branches. The variety is self-fertile, enters fruiting at early or medium terms, and yield ranges from medium to high. The variety is susceptible to canker diseases and has low resistance to winter and early spring frosts.

Fruits are conical-spherical, medium to large, covered with shiny orange skin with a distinct carmine-red marbled blush. The flesh is orange, juicy, fibrous, and of firm consistency. The taste is characterized by intensity and increased acid content with a pronounced aroma.

The variety is for universal use; fruits are used fresh, for the production of jams, preserves, canning, and beverage preparation. Due to its qualities, it is often used in breeding work as a parent form.
