The variety is self-fertile. Fruits are of medium to medium-large size with a weight of about 45–50 g. Compared to a number of other Hungarian varieties, it shows higher resistance to spring frosts and lower susceptibility to infestation by certain types of pests, such as the aphid Myzus mumecola.
When selecting a rootstock, it is necessary to consider compatibility features, as the variety is not always compatible with certain types of rootstocks; in particular, incompatibility with the «162» rootstock has been noted.
