Prunus armeniaca L. Apricot · Fruit crops

Variety description

10 August 2026

The tree is medium- or vigorous with a dense spreading crown, entering fruit-bearing in the 3–4th year. Fruits weighing 50–70 g (sometimes up to 100 g) have a bright orange primary color with an intense red blush on 1/3–50% of the surface. The light orange pulp is firm, aromatic, sweet with a touch of acidity; the stone separates easily.

The cultivar possesses above-average winter hardiness and relative resistance to diseases, in particular to plum pox virus (sharka), however, it is weakly resistant to Monilinia. Fruits remain firmly attached to branches when ripening. The cultivar is self-incompatible; Harcot, Hargrand, Harogem, or Goldrich cultivars are suitable for cross-pollination.
