The variety belongs to the «Rubisco»® series and is the result of a breeding program. The fruits possess a specific coloration covering almost the entire surface, which makes it difficult to visually determine their degree of maturity based on the ground color of the skin.
In physiological terms, the fruits of the variety are distinguished by relatively high rates of respiration and ethylene production during the post-harvest period. The variety is primarily used for studying product quality, physiological processes, and the development of non-destructive testing methods.
