The tree reaches a height of 3 to 5 meters and possesses an upright crown that becomes rounded with age. The fruits have a heart-shaped or round-heart shape; their color is predominantly yellow with a red blush, although a completely red color is also possible. The fruit flesh is juicy, and the taste is sweet-and-sour.

The variety ripens in the first half of July and is self-sterile, requiring the presence of pollinators. The plant is characterized by good winter hardiness and drought tolerance, and also exhibits tolerance to sea winds and air pollution.
