Trees of this variety are energetic and vigorous. Fruits are of medium to large size, having light yellow skin with a red blush. The flesh is light, firm, and sweet in taste. The variety possesses relative resistance to fruit cracking.

The variety is self-incompatible and requires the presence of pollinator varieties blooming at the same time; it is incompatible with the Bing variety. The purpose of the fruit is universal: fresh consumption, canning, preparation of compotes and maraschino cherries.
