The tree has a medium growth vigor. Fruits are large, dark red in color, with juicy, not-too-firm flesh. The taste is characterized as sweet-sour and aromatic.

The variety belongs to the early maturity group. The plant is self-incompatible (genotype S1S3); suitable pollinators include the varieties Rivan, Vanda, Summit, Burlat. Fruits show good resistance to cracking.

Moderate resistance to fruit rot is noted. Sensitivity of flowers to spring frosts varies, which is characteristic of this species.
