The tree is medium-sized or vigorous, reaching 4–5 meters in height, with a broad-pyramidal or spreading crown of medium density. The variety is self-sterile and requires the presence of pollinator varieties blooming in the same period.
Fruits are broadly heart-shaped, weighing from 7.8 to 12 g, acquiring a dark red, almost black hue with characteristic light spots upon full maturity. The flesh is firm, juicy, sweet, with an almond aftertaste.
The variety possesses satisfactory winter hardiness and resistance to major fungal diseases; the fruits tolerate transportation well. The harvest ripens in late June — early July and is suitable for fresh consumption and all types of processing.
