Prunus avium (L.) L. Sweet cherry · Fruit crops

also searched as: кааскерс

Variety description

10 August 2026

The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and an upright crown shape, and is described as healthy and regularly bearing. The variety is self-sterile and requires cross-pollination with varieties such as Van, Hedelfinger, and Schneiders for a good yield.

The fruits have a light yellow color, firm, cartilaginous flesh, and a sweet taste. The light coloration reduces bird damage and infestation by Drosophila suzukii. The harvest is suitable for fresh consumption and industrial processing, although the fruits are sensitive to cracking and subsequent rotting in wet weather.
