The deciduous tree reaches 8–10 meters in height and 6–8 meters in crown width. The habit is broad, the tree can be multi-stemmed, and it is characterized by moderate vigor and basitonic branch development. Leaves are oval or elongated-oval, up to 15 cm long, with a serrated margin. Flowering occurs in May with white star-shaped flowers.
The variety is late-ripening and self-incompatible. The fruits are dark-colored, distinguished by a high content of anthocyanins and phenolic compounds.
