The Belle de Magnifique variety is an historical variety whose fruits ripen in late June — early July. The tree is distinguished by moderate vigor and the ability to adapt to various cultivation forms.
The fruits are large in size and dark red in color upon reaching maturity. The flesh is juicy, possesses a sweet taste, and the stone is large and semi-freestone. In botanical literature, the variety was classified as Prunus cerasus or as a hybrid of sour cherry and sweet cherry.
