The tree is characterized by vigorous growth, forming a dense conical crown. The variety is self-fertile; fruit ripening time is medium to late.

The fruits are very small, round in shape, dark violet-blue in color, and covered with a waxy bloom. The fruit flesh is yellowish-green, sweet and sour in taste, and the stone does not separate easily from the flesh.
