The tree is vigorous, forming a compact or branched oval crown of medium density. The variety enters fruiting in the 3rd–4th year after planting. The trees show resistance to fungal diseases and drought, while the flowers are noted to be sensitive to spring frosts.
Fruits weighing from 50 to 100 g have an elongated-oval or "flask-like" shape. The skin is pinkish-purple with a thick glaucous waxy bloom. The amber-yellow flesh is characterized by juiciness, density, and a harmonious sweet-and-sour taste; the stone separates well. The harvest ripens from mid-August to early September and is capable of remaining on the branches for a long time.
The variety is a dessert type, but it is suitable for various types of processing, including the preparation of jams and distillates. Information on self-fertility varies, therefore the presence of pollinator varieties is recommended.
