The object is an interspecific hybrid with the genetic formula (P. cerasifera × P. salicina) × (P. cerasifera × P. persica). It is used exclusively as a rootstock in nurseries and is not a fruit variety for human consumption.
Trees grafted on this rootstock are characterized by medium vigor, early entry into fruit bearing, and good productivity. The rootstock has a low tendency to form root suckers and demonstrates good compatibility with major stone fruit crop varieties.
The plant is resistant to root-knot nematodes and tolerant to root rot, well-adapted to calcareous soils. At the same time, possible sensitivity to bacterial canker is noted.
