The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties Hanita and C. Schöne. The tree is medium-sized or semi-dwarf with a compact crown, exhibits self-fertility, and possesses high resistance to Plum pox virus.
The fruit ripening period falls in mid-to-late September. The fruits are large, weighing from 53 to 90 g, have an oval shape, a dark blue color with a waxy bloom, and juicy, aromatic flesh with a freestone pit.
