The medium-vigor tree reaches 7 meters in height and has a rounded or broadly oval crown with drooping branches. Young shoots often have tomentose pubescence. Fructification begins in the 3–4th year after planting; the variety requires the presence of pollinators.
The spherical or ovoid fruits up to 5 cm in diameter have green or yellowish-green skin with a waxy bloom. The flesh is distinguished by its juicy, marmalade-like consistency and sweet aroma. Harvesting occurs at the end of August or the beginning of September.
