The tree is medium-sized, forming a dense conical crown with relatively thick scaffold branches. Fruiting is primarily concentrated on spur branches.

An early-maturing variety, the fruits are for table use. In agronomic programs, it is used as a parent form for breeding new plum varieties and is also traditionally included in the main assortment of many farms.
