Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is early-flowering, which makes it susceptible to damage from spring frosts. The tree has typical vigor for Spanish varieties, and the crown type is upright or spreading. The variety is self-incompatible (genotype S10S27) and requires other varieties for pollination.

In industrial processing, the variety demonstrates high weight loss during blanching, exceeding 11%. Kernel hardness varies within a wide range. It is rarely found in modern plantations and is classified as a minor variety.
