The variety forms its yield primarily on short fruit-bearing twigs (spurs). Its flowering periods coincide with the Nonpareil variety, which determines its purpose as a pollinizer.
The kernel of the variety has an elongated shape and a light-colored surface that is slightly wrinkled. The average weight of one kernel is about 1 gram.
The variety is self-incompatible and requires the presence of other pollinizer varieties for fruit set. In modern industrial orchards, the variety is practically not found, giving way to more productive options.
