The variety is the result of crossing the S5133 and Lauranne varieties. The tree is characterized by high vigor, a semi-erect crown shape, and high frost resistance. The main strategy for protection against spring frosts is very late flowering.
The fruits have an elongated heart shape and a hard shell. The average kernel weight is 1.1–1.2 g with a kernel yield of 28–35%. Double kernels are practically absent, the taste is sweet, and the oil content is about 52%.
The variety is completely self-compatible and does not require pollinators. It is characterized by high productivity and resistance to a number of common diseases, which allows for a reduction in the number of chemical treatments.
