The tree has very high growth vigor and an upright crown habit with low-positioned branches. The variety is self-compatible, which eliminates the need for planting pollinator trees.
The fruits have a hard shell and a kernel yield of about 32%. The kernels are characterized by good taste qualities and the absence of double seeds. Resistance to Monilinia is higher than that of the Ferragnès variety.
