The TOU variety tree reaches a height of up to 3 meters and possesses a spreading crown of medium density. The variety ripens in early or early-mid periods, with harvesting taking place in September.

Light-brown fruits have an elongated shape with a pointed apex and an average weight of about 3.8 g. The shell is easily separated from the kernel, which is distinguished by a sweet, oily taste, and the kernel yield is about 41%.

The plant is partially self-fertile, therefore, the presence of pollinator varieties is recommended to obtain stable yields. The variety possesses good resistance to diseases and satisfactory winter hardiness.
