ActivePrunus dulcis (Mill.) D. A. Webb · Almond

The variety belongs to the hard-shelled almond group. One of the key biological features is self-compatibility, where fruit set under self-pollination is comparable to the results of cross-pollination.
The plant exhibits resistance to abiotic stresses, in particular to soil salinity, while maintaining growth activity by keeping stomata open. The fruit kernels are characterized by a high protein content and a significant concentration of calcium, which allows the mineral composition to be used for variety identification.
