The variety belongs to the group of peaches grown under the Protected Designation of Origin Melocotón de Calanda. The fruits have cream-yellow skin and flesh, with a minimum diameter of 73 mm. Due to the high firmness of the flesh, the variety has good keeping quality.
During cultivation, the fruits are packed in paper bags directly on the tree two months before harvest. This method protects the crop from pests and adverse weather, allowing for the minimization of chemical treatments. The produce is intended for sale on the fresh market as a dessert.
