The variety was obtained by crossing Sel. P 60-38 and Fantasia. The trees are characterized as vigorous and highly productive. The fruits are round or elliptical in shape; the skin is light yellow with a marbled red blush covering up to half of the fruit's surface.
The flesh is yellow, firm, juicy, with good taste qualities; the stone separates easily. The variety is one of the latest in the world; fruit ripening in southern regions occurs in the first ten days of October. The variety is winter hardy and suitable for fresh consumption, canning, and freezing.
