MARUJA ALQUIBLA is one of the varieties within the group of local Spanish peach landraces traditionally grown in the Murcia region. This plant is not a product of modern breeding but has developed historically as a result of traditional selection.
The fruits of this variety are of the clingstone type and have yellow flesh, with the pit poorly separating from the flesh.
