The MORETTINI 9/14 tree is vigorous, reaching a height of 3–4 m, and has a harmonious rounded spreading crown. Leaves are bright green, elongated; flowers are dark pink, bell-shaped. The variety is self-fertile, possesses medium drought tolerance and winter hardiness down to -15 °C.
Fruits weighing 70–150 g have a rounded or round-oval shape with a small pointed tip. The skin is yellow with a diffused red-carmine blush; pubescence is tender. The yellow flesh has a juicy fibrous structure and a sweet taste with a hint of acidity; the stone is difficult to separate.
