The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties Gialla di Firenze and Fertilia Morettini. The tree is characterized as vigorous or medium-vigorous, reaching 3–4 m in height, with a rounded crown and fast growth rates.
Fruits weighing from 70–90 g to 120–150 g have a rounded or slightly elongated shape with a pointed tip. The flesh is cream-yellow, tender-fibrous, juicy and sweet. The medium-sized stone separates from the flesh poorly.
The variety is self-fertile, maturing in the first ten days of July. The fruits are suitable for transportation, but keep for 3–4 days under normal conditions. A susceptibility to secondary moniliosis is noted.
