The fruit flesh is characterized as very firm, dense, and melting, with the presence of red pigmentation in the form of a "star" in the area of the pit.
The variety is distinguished by a long shelf life of the fruits both on the tree and after harvest, while maintaining its quality characteristics. The nectarine is used in breeding programs and genetic research related to the study of slow-ripening traits.
