The variety, also known as ASF1340, is characterized by a semi-upright tree growth habit and rose-type flowers. The plant is noted for high productivity and abundant blooming.

The fruits are uniform and possess a long shelf life without loss of quality. The flesh is semi-sweet, with good aroma and red pigmented areas in the shape of a star around the pit cavity.
