The variety is the result of crossing the peach 'Candoka' with the nectarines 'Flaming Gold' and 'New Jersey N14'. The plant forms a medium-sized canopy and is prone to thickening under intensive cultivation.
The fruits have a round-oval shape, weigh 130–150 g and reach 5.5–6.5 cm in diameter. The surface is covered with a bright red blush; the flesh is yellow, firm and juicy, with a semi-freestone pit.
The variety belongs to early or mid-early maturity groups. It shows resistance to fruit rot and peach leaf curl, and is also self-fertile.
