The Nectared variety series includes numbered positions from 1 to 10, which were developed to provide a sequential harvest over 8 weeks. The trees in this series are noted for good yield and early entry into the fruiting period, while being characterized as vigorous or medium-vigorous plants with winter hardiness qualities.
Fruits of the Nectared series varieties have a round-oval shape and a weight of 150–200 grams. The skin of the fruits is smooth, colored an intense dark red or burgundy. The yellow flesh of the fruits has a firm, fleshy, and juicy consistency. Specific agronomic parameters, including exact ripening times, depend on the variety number in the series.
