The variety was obtained by crossing Zaitabo and Andano. The tree has medium to above-average growth vigor, and flowering occurs in the mid-season. Under French conditions, fruits ripen around July 21.
Fruits have a round or slightly flattened shape. The skin is covered with an intense dark red color on an orange-red background. The flesh is dense, juicy, and is of the clingstone type. The taste is spicy, semi-sweet, with a reduced acidity level.
Due to the density of the skin and flesh, the variety has good keeping quality and resistance to damage during transport. It is intended for the fresh market and is also considered suitable for the production of fresh-cut products.
